Don A. Smith is the founder and CEO of Smart Gear Inc. All operational divisions report to Mr. Smith including; new product development. Mr. Smith is an avid life-long scuba diver and successful management executive. Mr. Smith has a diverse background ranging from managing 80 pilots in the U.S. Army to flying planes, helicopters, rescue missions and managing operations for major corporations. Mr. Smith's passion for diving, led to the concept, design and creation of the Adventure Cart.
